Our team has extensive experience in the advertising industry, and we feel your pain. We’ve experienced first-hand the late nights of crunching numbers and sorting out messy data. We’ve waited weeks just to get a few simple answers. We watched and wondered: If the way advertising is created and distributed has become so innovative, efficient, and inspiring, why are we still using desktop spreadsheets and systems for planning and reporting?

We knew there had to be a better way.

That’s why we founded ColSpace (short for “Collaboration Space”). Our team is committed to making the media planning process fast, accurate, and accessible.

Michael Kelly


Matthew founded ColSpace to help the Advertising Industry improve the management of global marketing campaigns. Its cloud-based Media Management Platform manages over $11 billion in advertising from the world’s biggest brands. Prior to ColSpace, he designed e-commerce systems for Fortune 500 companies while at KPMG and BSG, winning Gartner Group’s Best Internet Infrastructure of the Year. He holds an IE degree from Northwestern University.

Matthew Greenhouse

Founder & CEO

Media and technology veteran with over 15 years of professional experience across both the buy-side and sell-side of online media. Prior to ColSpace, he has held various strategic roles in companies such as PubMatic, Microsoft, Marchex and aQuantive where he helped build some of the worlds leading media platforms for ad serving, SSP, data warehouses and reporting.

Adrian Pang

Chief Product Officer

Leverages her media & strategic planning experience to help current and potential clients develop efficient, valuable ways to manage global media planning and budgeting. Before ColSpace, Erin held various roles at Mindshare NYC working on behalf of Unilever skincare brand portfolio in media and strategic planning.

Client Engagement Manager

Bringing 20+ years of application architecture experience to ColSpace, Ben has built software solutions for Web startups and Fortune 500 clients in the pharmaceutical, energy, and finance sectors. He is technology agnostic and specializes in integrating disparate systems and platforms to help accommodate clients’ expanding needs.

Chief Architect

Brings 10 years experience in global advertising, B2B and consumer marketing to ColSpace; launched several global clients on MMP™ and developed ColSpace’s account management process. Prior to ColSpace, designed loyalty reward systems for Affinity Solutions clients and before that, spent 8+ years at CoreMedia Systems.

Danielle Sichuk

Director of Account Management

Brings 15+ years technology, programming and UX experience to ColSpace, where he spearheads
front-end development and user experience for clients. Jeb first worked with ColSpace as a Senior Developer with CM3 Consulting. Prior to that, he worked for Webco Marketing developing groundbreaking web advertising technologies and platforms.

Jeb Wilson

Front-end Architect

Uses a passion for problem-solving to help onboard clients to ColSpace’s MMP™ platform. Earned a degree in IT Software Development from SAIT Polytechnic.

Danny Liston

Configuration Manager

Designs support processes and procedures to help ColSpace clients make the most out of their MMP™
experience. MS in Information Systems, BS in Photographic Engineering Technology. Prior to ColSpace he worked at Konica Minolta, where he first developed a passion for providing global clients with superior support.

Gary Schultz

Technical Support Manager

Developer and software engineer who was part ColSpace’s early days, became a web developer at digital innovation agency Zemoga and returned to ColSpace in 2009. Born in the United States and raised in South America, Jeffrey has been critical in developing several product functionalities for MMP.

Also held several roles at Business Week, including SVP and Publisher, was President and CEO of Mediaspace Solutions and continues to serve on that company’s Board of Directors. Prior to Mediaspace, Mr. Dodge held several roles at Time Inc., including as Publisher of Money.

Geoffrey Dodge

Fay is a recognized digital marketing pioneer. She serves on boards for SocialFlow, Celtra, [X+1], NeoMedia, inPowered, TheStreet.com and Women’s Marketing Inc. Board of Governors Chair for dmg::events (ad:tech, iMedia Summits, CMO Summits and The Digital Collective). She is a Board Advisor to several digital advertising technology companies. Prior to that, she was CEO of Aegis Media North America for more than a decade.
