Application Pipeline

The Application Pipeline connects software applications directly to your Digital Office™. Users may access documents from the Digital Office™ without leaving the program they are working on. Users may also save documents directly to the Digital Office. Supported software includes Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and more.

If a user chooses to utilize the Application Pipeline, a ColSpace icon will appear near the top of the window of supported applications. If a user clicks on the ColSpace icon they will be asked to provide their username and password so that proper access rights can be determined. Then a user can access the documents similar to the way they would access them through their own hard drive.
