ColSpace Scheduler

ColSpace Scheduler emails reports that will keep you updated on account information. Scheduling is flexible so that reports are sent exactly when they are needed. Some of the choices are:

• Executive Dashboard Reports – Includes account information such as Recent Documents, Creative Executions, Media Plans, and Status Reports.



• Media Plan Reports – Includes media plan information such as flight dates, spending, allocation, and results.



• Security Reports – Allows administrators to see which users have access to each section of the Digital Office. It also displays whether a user’s access is read or author.
