Custom File Attributes

The custom file attributes system allows administrators to create standards that all users must follow when they upload files. It ensures that all users include pertinent information about a file, when uploading it. Examples of information that administrators have required users to include are client code, development stage and country.

When users are required to strictly adhere to file attributes, files are more easily located, sorted, and filtered. Administrators can customize choices that users select from pull down boxes to make it as simple as possible for them to file their documents appropriately.
