You can access ColSpace solutions from anywhere
at anytime. All you need is a web browser.
Which platforms are supported?
ColSpace solutions support a wide variety of computing platforms,
including:
• Windows NT 4.0/ 2000
• Windows 95/98
• MacOS 6.6.1 or greater
Which web browsers are supported?
ColSpace solutions support both Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0
or greater and Netscape 6.0 or greater for both PC and Mac. Colspace
solutions may work with other browsers, but we do not support
other versions or browser brands currently.
How does ColSpace secure information?
ColSpace solutions utilize several layers of security components,
including:
• 24 hour physical security
• User authentication
• Digital encryption
• Access control
• IP filtering
• RAID 5 redundancy
• Daily tape backups
How long does it take to set up a ColSpace Digital Office™?
The ColSpace Digital Office™ takes as little as one business
day to set up.
What are the staffing requirements?
Minimal staffing is required. Our clients typically appoint
one or two site administrators to manage user access for their
ColSpace solutions. The initial roll-out requires approximately
4 hours of the administrator's time, and approximately ½
hour every 2 weeks thereafter. Our point-and-click interface allows
computer novices to easily serve as administrator.
