and executing advertising campaigns is change.
New targets. New rates. New creative. Plans change by the hour,
if not the minute.
That’s why it’s crucial for members of media teams to
stay apprised of modifications to their media plans and work from

members scattered across offices in London, Paris and elsewhere,

This was the situation facing Apple and OMD International in 2001,
when they enlisted ColSpace to develop a Digital Office™ site
for the Apple account.
“It could be difficult sometimes,” says Firouz Firouzbakht,
a media manger with OMD. “You had many people making changes

all the different team members.”
