To achieve this end, ColSpace offers media planners two tools:
Digital Office™ and FlightPlan™. Through the Digital
Office™, planners and buyers get the same access to strategic
documents, client input and feedback as well as the calendar and
automated report functions. Project views are customizable, and
communicating with team members couldn’t be easier.

ColSpace’s FlightPlan™ is a sophisticated, yet easy-to-use
media planning tool that enables planners to produce clear and
customizable reports quickly. It also can be used with the integration
of third party data from sources such as Nielsen.
To use FlightPlan™, media planners enter GRPs, costs,
and flight dates into the tool using their web browsers. From
there, the Report Designer function allows media executives, account
managers, and clients to access the data and generate customized
reports. Users can re-query data, drill down to get more detail,
or set-up filters to generate reports for every situation.
FlightPlan™ also offers several layers of controls to
accommodate team hierarchies. For example, Media Directors can
advise on which media vehicles their planners should consider,
determine which data needs to be collected from them, and dictate
how that data should be organized. Senior executives can reserve
the right to validate each media plan before it is available to
be viewed by account teams and clients.
